Boss Guiding offers guided hunts for geese, ducks and released pheasants in the Stettler area of south central Alberta Canada. We have been sucessfully guiding for waterfowl since the mid 1980’s, and are proud to have hunting ducks and geese as our specialty
Excellent Goose Shooting...
80% of our birds are 10 to 12 lb. Canada geese, 20% are specks. Numbers of both geese and ducks are at all time highs and we are looking forward to an incredible hatch on local birds this coming spring.
Excellent Equipment...
We use willow blinds until the birds get shy and use Final Approach Eliminators to close out the season. Twelve dozen Canada goose big foots and ten dozen full bodied specks hauled to and from shoots in aluminum trailers make getting into the field, setting up and hunting an enjoyable, worry free experience.
Excellent Accommodations...
Stay at Nighthaven Lodge. Three bedrooms set up for double occupancy, two bathrooms with showers and a large common area to relax and kick back in make for a comfortable stay after a long day in the field. Meals are served upstairs in a family atmosphere and watching the odd college football game results in some friendly bantering and camaraderie.

Excellent Success Rates...
Our goal is to give you an opportunity to shoot a possession limit of ducks and geese during your stay at Nighthaven. This past season was excellent with many groups going home with full possession limits of both Ducks and Geese
Package #1 - Monday to Wednesday
Arrive Sunday evening for dinner and depart Wednesday before noon. Enjoy three mornings and two evenings of excellent duck and goose shooting.

Package #2 - Thursday to Sunday
Arrive Wednesday evening for dinner and depart Sunday morning after breakfast. Enjoy three mornings and three evenings of fabulous wing shooting.

Not Included in Packages
- Gratuities for staff (usually around 10% of hunt cost)
All previous groups have until December 31, 2007 to rebook. A $500.00 deposit per hunter will hold your hunt for this coming fall. All remaining money owed on hunts is due August 15, 2008. Booking of new clients will begin January 1, 2008. Please enquire early as we have a 90% rebooking rate.
